• Same narrator as in PRAELUDIUM UIT WEENEN, with the same propagandistic turns of phrase, as in "…a new European style is developed in Salzburg, on German soil…". It would be interesting to know if this was copied from narration in a German-language print
• Categorical film shows various examples of baroque architecture in the "Ostmark": in Mirabell and Hellbrunn palaces; Passau; Schönbrunn and Belvedere castles*, Vienna; Melk, Dürnstein, Reichersberg or Hornbach abbeys; churches in Hall, Innsbruck, and other Tyrolean towns, as well as in St. Wolfgang; houses in Innsbruck. Also shows monumental archictecture in 'German' Germany, such as Wurzburg, München or Ludwigsburg and houses in Bamberg and Würzburg.

• The film’s brisk pace, however, doesn’t give the spectator much time to take in the details the narration mentions. As a matter of fact, the narration is often limited to generalizations (such as the "architectural garden" of Hellbrunn Castle: "Stone and water are led along architectural courses.") and other, rather vague characterizations. One doesn’t even learn what precisely characterizes the baroque style.
• Samples of small sculptures in led or porcelain are shown all along, and come to life at the end when figurines of comedia dell’arte perform a ballet in the Münchner Residenz—more or less similar to the ending of PRAELUDIUM UIT WEENEN.
