Second of two-part article on the implementation of new film policies and infrastructure after the Anschluss. Overview of the creation, in 1933, of the NSDAP Film Office as the center for education and propaganda through film. The Office has six subdivisions, for administration; film production and technology; press and radio telegraphy; educational film; youth film; and distribution. The use of hundreds of "Tonfilmwagen" (of which Austria will receive a few dozen soon) guarantees that both film comes to the people and the people come to the film, especially in those places that were denied the enjoyment of culture until recently.
